Dr. Sait Sevinç

I was born in Istanbul in 1965. I graduated from Uludag University Faculty of Medicine in 1989. Between 1989 and 1991, I worked as the Head of the Health Group in the Mutki district of Bitlis. As Deputy Health Director, I took part in Inpatient Treatment Institutions licensing and Quality Studies. In 2004, I was appointed to Balıkesir State Hospital as the assistant chief physician. Since 2008, I have worked in the Ministry of Health Central organization, in departments such as the school of sanitation and the general directorate of health information systems, most recently I worked as the MHRS coordinator and retired in 2014. In 1999, I worked as the Quality System Assurance of the Volkswagen dealer, where I worked as an On-Site Physician. became. I gave trainings on Total Quality Management and Quality Systems. By completing the four-year training and auditing requirements of the European Organization for Quality in 2003, E.O.Q. I received the titles of Quality Auditor and Expert (Quality Auditor and Specialist) and TSE Quality Inspector. I worked within the scope of the EU project in the establishment of the Cancer Early Diagnosis and Training Center within the State Hospital in Balıkesir, I took part as a practitioner certified physician. I participated in studies in the implementation and regulation preparation groups on the subjects of Total Quality Management, Ministry of Health Quality Criteria and Accreditation for Inpatient Treatment Institutions of the Ministry of Health. I provided consultancy on behalf of the ministry in Total Quality Management and Accreditation in Health, participated in cross-provincial audits on behalf of the Department of Performance Management and Quality Improvement of the Ministry of Health, and worked as an auditor and quality expert within the scope of EA38 in Quality Management System Audits. As the founder and coordinator of the Central Hospital Appointment System of the Ministry of Health during the years 2010-2012, I managed all the operational procedures, controls and implementation phases of MHRS. While working in the Ministry, I started to receive training in the fields of Traditional and Complementary Medicine. Since my retirement, in ADEMER company, which I am the founder of; In the field of Holistic Medicine and Health; I continue my education, consultancy and quality studies and I continue to apply national and international complementary medicine methods in the GETAT unit I opened in Istanbul.
